01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the gw40 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and the user ("you", "Member"). By accessing the gw40.bar website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

The definitions of key terms used in this document are given below:

• "Platform" — The gw40.bar website and all related services and features.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who holds a registered account on the Platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds in a Member's account, including both real money and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted for promotional purposes, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The set amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "SSL Encryption" — The security technology used by gw40 to protect Member data.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

All of the following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the gw40 platform:

Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account and play on gw40. We may request identity documents for age verification at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses earned.

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, payment details — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false information will cause verification to fail and may result in account suspension. Any change in details must be reported to the support team immediately.

03 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. gw40 strongly advises you to take the following security measures:

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the gw40 platform are currently available through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any other method are not possible.

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if there is an active wagering requirement on the account.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• gw40 may request additional identity documents to verify any withdrawal request.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be put on hold pending an investigation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement has been met.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members on gw40 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Separate terms may apply to each individual bonus.
• Bonus offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gw40 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• A member may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The gw40 platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as slot games, live casino, card games, and fishing games.

Sports Betting

• A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed.
• If an event or match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• gw40 reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a betting pattern appears unusual in gw40's judgement, the payout may be delayed pending verification.

Casino & Slot Games

• All games are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the staked amount may not be refunded — in this case, the game result can be checked in the next session.
• In case of any ambiguity in game rules, the rules of the game provider (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) will apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gw40 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegally obtained funds.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as placing minimum-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, erroneous odds, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Defrauding or intimidating other members or gw40 staff.
• Attempting any hacking, cyber attack, or unauthorised access against the platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

gw40 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and ensuring it does not have a negative impact on any member's life is our priority. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining withdrawable balance may be withdrawn; however, any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.

Suspension or Closure by gw40

gw40 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or bonus abuse.
• Legal obligations or instructions from authorities.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:
